Wheel Installation |

|
Remove old wheels from your skates. Insert a 5/16 bolt to the inner core of the bearings and push. This should press out the bearing spacer on the opposite side. Use the same bolt to press out the other bearing. |

|
Clean and lubricate your bearings. Press in a bearing on one side of the wheel, insert the spacer from the other side, then press in the second bearing. |

Insert all new wheels into your skate frame. Insert bolt, fasten nut, and tighten properly. Do not over tighten, but make sure nuts are secure. |

Wheel Rotation |

You can maximize the life of your wheels by rotating them as they wear. As one side becomes worn more than the other, remove wheels, flip them over, and rotate to the position shown by the arrows. This will give you many more miles of enjoyable and safe skating. |
